Öjsjön borders Särna Idre Besparingsskog on the
east side and Transtrands Besparingsskog on the west side. There are only two
access roads to Öjsjön. One is mine and the other belongs to Särna Idre
Besparingsskog.
I have built a road directly from “My base” down in the valley at
Fuluälven, up over Öjvallsberget and up to an associated boathouse at Öjsjön. This
lake in the wild is unique by its privacy and landscape delights.

Productive forest property - 45 ha. with hunting rights in Transtrand Besparingsskog
of 23000 ha.
2) Hägnåsen 1:5
Forest property of 24 ha. with hunting rights in Särna Idre Besparingsskog
of 45000 ha. This forestland consists of 2 islands of about 5 ha. The rest is a
mainland field, which lies like a pocket from Öjsöen into Särna Idre Besparingsskog.
Great view from this mainland’s summit to the sunset over Öjsjön to Fulufjell
in the horizons - Unique place for setting up a cabin.
3) Älvdalen Skärtjärn 8:2 (info under "Forest property with
cabin")
Plot is 2000 m2, with a small lumberjack hut at the water's edge. Can be
used as it is, but can be legally rebuilt and expanded.
It is Located on the largest island belonging to Hägnåsen 1:5 and is sought
to be sold together with this.

A small year-round house of (4000 m2 plot)
Boathouse, the workshop and shelters etc. are located alone on a peninsula
in Öjsön. No electric power or other modern facilities.
Öjsöen:
Öjsjön is not only a very beautiful lake in the wild nature but is also
rich in fish and birds.
Fish: Pike, perch, and Hero. The latter is a tasty noble fish such as trout
and salmon. Inlets and outlets have good populations of brown trout
Birds:
Miscellaneous ducks during the breeding season. The big loin
(black-throated loin) and osprey are character birds on the lake. The osprey
has nests on the smallest of the islands. An old sea eagle has been seen during
the breeding season and golden eagles not infrequently cross the area. Cranes
breed on the ant (bogs
).
There are many berries in the area and therefore good stock of
Tjur,
primeval bird
, hjerpe og
in late summer also grouse.
One
day I counted 45 - 50 primeval birds high in the sky while fleeing the dove
hawk, which came along the ground
The wolf and bear population has grown in the area, but now the population
is regulated every year on a quota basis.
By
purchasing these last properties together, you still get the entire pallet for
holiday homes for several families or an institution with nature experiences on
the program. Forest properties cannot be immediately purchased by a legal
person (company) under Swedish law.
Some choose to buy privately and rent out to their own business.
Sold the above properties together, can be included a 5-star, newer
snowmobile, a larger and a smaller boat with outboard engine, 2 transport
fleets and an aluminum canoe.
At Husvallgölen 2:10 I have a small museum of old Swedish utensils and
household utensils, as well as various bunk beds and furniture. These items can
be included and priced sensibly.
The two forest properties together have hunting and fishing right of
approx. 70,000 ha.
The total area of those two properties is approx. 70 ha.
Forest management is supported 50-100% by the Besparingsskog.
There are 3 settlements directly to the water's edge on the various
properties, which can be further developed into something very attractive – especially
considering that in Sweden there are though restriction against building
anything closer than 100 m. from the water – be it beach, lake, or a small
stream.
The main property 2:10 is located by major road and snow removal is no
problem. On the other side of the road, Fuluälven strikes a blow to the farm.
Prize is negotiable. Prizes on timber has risen 100% since prizes below was announced, but market on leisure properties might have become weaker.
